About Laurie McGregor

Laurie has been in the aesthetic field for over 20 years and is a graduate of the Advanced Aesthetics Training Program at the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics in Woburn, Massachusetts. Early in her career, she spent two years as a spa supervisor within a leading aesthetic practice. In 2014, she became a Certified Aesthetic Consultant through The Aesthetic Practice Association, a highly recognized organization worldwide.

Beginning in 2009, Laurie worked alongside Dr. Normand Miller in body shaping and laser consultations, where she was instrumental in building and leading a highly successful CoolSculpting and non-invasive body contouring program. She attended CoolSculpting University in 2015 and, in 2018, earned her CoolSculpting Masters as part of the program’s first Master Class on the East Coast. During this time, she also served as Aesthetic Coordinator, refining both her technical expertise and her ability to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

In 2018, Laurie was promoted to Practice Manager, overseeing all aspects of a busy multi-specialty aesthetic and medical practice. She continued in this leadership role following the practice’s acquisition by a national healthcare organization in 2020, bringing continuity, operational excellence, and strategic oversight for more than five years. Laurie brings a wealth of clinical knowledge, operational leadership, and passion for patient care to Inbloom.
